Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to paid enrollments in Library Link Digital courses and clinics confirmed by written invoice or agreement. The website itself does not charge cards; refunds follow the payment method used on your invoice.

2. Eligibility & timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than one module (or attended more than one live clinic session for live programs). Requests after day 14 are considered under partial-refund rules below.

3. Full refunds

Full refunds are granted when: (a) the 14-day window and access limits above are met; (b) we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable transfer; or (c) mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires a full refund.

4. Partial refunds

Between day 15 and the midpoint of a scheduled program, we may offer a partial refund of up to 50% of fees paid, minus a ₩80,000 administrative fee, if your access has been limited and you submit a written reason. After the midpoint, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we materially fail to deliver promised sessions.

5. Non-refundable items

Optional on-site travel days, third-party software licenses, and purchased physical materials are non-refundable once arranged or shipped. Seat transfers to a future cohort may be offered instead of cash refunds at our discretion.

6. Refund process

Email hello@library-link.digital with subject “Refund request,” your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and issue a decision within ten business days.

7. Processing time & method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank wires may take longer depending on your institution. We do not refund in cryptocurrency or unrelated third-party wallets.

8. Cancellation by you

You may cancel enrollment by email. Timing relative to the windows above determines refund amount. Missing live sessions without notice does not extend refund eligibility.

9. Cancellation by us & exceptions

If we cancel or postpone indefinitely, you may choose a full refund or transfer. Force majeure events may delay sessions; refunds in those cases follow a good-faith reschedule first. Fraudulent enrollments may be cancelled without refund.
